Building Survey/Structural Survey

The Building Survey/Structural Survey involves a detailed inspection of buildings and their immediate environs. The report is designed to address specific needs as well as the general condition of the building inspected.

The extent of the inspection and method of reporting will be agreed with the Client, generally in accordance with the firm’s Standard Conditions of Engagement for Building Surveys. Although the Building Survey is relevant to all types of property be it a modern house or a listed building. It could be undertaken on a residential dwelling, commercial building or property of mixed use. The report can be geared to the Client’s specific requirements.
