Schedules of Condition/Dilapidation

Schedules of Condition or Dilapidations are undertaken on mainly commercial premises.  They are normally linked to a lease document with a Schedule of Condition being undertaken at the commencement of a lease and Dilapidations Schedule carried out during or at the end of a lease.

Normally the Schedule of Dilapidations is carried out on behalf of the Landlord, although often when tenants are served a Schedule upon them they require specific advice to ensure the Landlord’s claims are fair.
