Dispute Resolution and Expert Witness

Expert Witness Reports are normally required where a dispute arises between two property owners, either in relation to boundary issues, building faults or value.  Expert Witness Reports are normally required for court purposes and provide the impartial advice required to aid the resolution of the dispute.
